We currently accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We charge your card at the point of your order being dispatched. From this point your order cannot be changed or amended, so please double check your order before placing it.
We realise how important it is to store your information securely. As such, we maintain the highest levels of security, and we lock all your information away in a high security vault otherwise known as high-level SSL encryption technology - the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. Our payments are processed through stripe gateway, so your transaction details really are safe with us.
From time to time, discount codes may become available to use on the site. In order to receive your discount, you must enter a valid code in the shopping basket. Discounts cannot be retrospectively added to orders and part-refunded. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
Cancelling or Amending Your Order
We start processing your order right after you receive your Order Confirmation in order to get it out to you quickly. Therefore, we cannot make amendments to your orders at this time so please double check your order before placing it.
You can cancel or change your booking online in My Booking History up to 24 hours in advance of your visit. If you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated under the terms and conditions the business has the right to charge you the balance of your booking amount left to pay in the salon by way of your online payment method.
Making a reservation
When making a booking you will be required to pay a non-refundable reservation fee/deposit using either a credit or a debit card. The amount of the reservation fee/deposit will depend on the total cost of your booking and will range from £0.50 to £1.50.
The reservation fee/deposit will be debited from your card which will be deducted from your final bill once you have received your treatment.
